How it goes on.

Floor systems live or die on substrate preparation. Our technical team can visit-site before you order.

Prep is 70% of the job.

Concrete must be cured, sound and free of laitance. Asphalt must be dust-free and dry. Sport courts need a level, textured base — rolled and rolled again.

For any flooring specification over 500 m² we strongly recommend a technical site visit before the epoxy is mixed.

  1. 1

    Mechanical prep

Grind or shot-blast the concrete. Sweep and vacuum. Repair large cracks with epoxy mortar.

  2. 2

    Primer coat

An epoxy primer coat keys the substrate for the high-build. Use the thinned first coat as a primer where a dedicated primer isn't specified.

  3. 3

    Mix & apply

Mix Part A and Part B thoroughly. Apply within pot life. Roller or squeegee at the specified film build.

  4. 4

    Cure & line

Allow 24 hrs light traffic, 48 hrs full cure. Then apply line marking if the system calls for it.

Factory floor, car-park or court? Let's survey it.

For any flooring project we can have a technical rep on site within 72 hours. Tell us the address, the area and what the surface does for a living — we'll come back with a system spec.
