Exterior & weatherproofing

A complete exterior system built for West African weather — UV-stable, elastomeric where you need crack-bridging, heavy-duty where you need impact resistance. Tested against a decade of sun and rainy-season downpours.

How it goes on.

A recommended exterior system. For new builds in high-rain zones we specify an additional priming coat — our team will advise.

Built for sun and storm.

Exterior failure usually traces back to one of three things: a substrate that wasn't sound, a sealer that wasn't right for the surface, or a topcoat applied too thin. Our exterior system is designed to catch all three.

The Weathershield Rubberized topcoat carries the most weight — its elastomeric backbone lets it move with the building instead of cracking with it.

  1. 1

    Clean & assess

Pressure-wash to remove dust, algae and chalking. Allow at least 24 hrs to dry.

  2. 2

    Seal & fill

One coat of Waterproof Sealer, then fill cracks with Waterproof Putty Filler.

  3. 3

    First Weathershield coat

Apply the full Weathershield Rubberized topcoat in a single pass. Lay off in one direction.

  4. 4

    Finishing coat

Second Weathershield coat, or Texcoat if a textured finish has been specified.
